The birth of /promptcollective
A newsletter on HUMAN / AI collaboration by Jes Brandhøj and Hannes Jakobsen
Welcome to the very first edition of the /promptcollective! In this newsletter we will explore the exciting and boundless possibilities of human / AI collaborations in the creative industries.
If you receive this newsletter it might be because you have worked with one of us - if you do not feel like receiving it please just unsubscribe.
Why are we doing this?
For the past months, AI has been what we have thought about whenever we have not been doing our day jobs. We have been playing, exploring and creating and we have talked to other people with the same interest and passion.
We believe that seeing AI as a partner in the creative process rather than a mere assistant can unlock huge potential. Not just making us more efficient, but elevating our creativity to a new and so far unseen level!
This will not be another newsletter that keeps you up to date on all things AI - there are loads of those. Instead we will be sharing our firsthand experiences using AI tools as well as our thoughts, theories and food for discussions.
And we are really looking forward to get to hear your input and learn about your experiments!
Whether you're a curious creative professional, a skeptic, or simply interested in the world of human / AI collaboration, this newsletter is for you.
Who are we?
The founding members of the /promptcollective are Jes Brandhøj (Denmark) and Hannes Jakobsen (Germany). But we are looking for others to join! So if you are interested in discussing all things AI in the creative industries, send us an email to join@promptcollective.xyz now.
IDEAS FOR FREE!
The AI-dea Generator
Each week we will have a little present for you - 25 ideas in different genres. Ready to be produced… Maybe 🤖😂🥳
The input to our AI-dea generator is always a set or setting and a secret ingredient. Please send us suggestions for word combinations that you want us to throw at the it and we’ll feature your word combo in a future newsletter.
Also: Reach out if you want to produce one of the ideas, join the conversation or the collective!
Until next week - Jes and Hannes
